5,176,015 until 2011. The utility patent provides the ultimate protection
against unauthorized key duplication. Yale KeyMark’s unique Security
Leg^® and angled keyway provide increased resistance against picking.

Yale KeyMark enables small format interchangeable core (SFIC) cylinders as well as large format interchangeable core (LFIC), fixed core and competitor format cylinders all to be keyed to the same master key system.
